These terms apply to purchases and use of Riverwood Fashion Hair's website and store services. Product availability, pricing and policies may change, so please review the current product page, checkout information and linked policies before completing an order.

Product information and natural variation

Human hair is a natural product, so color, wave pattern and texture can vary between bundles and from product photos. Product pages describe the current options and specifications for each listing. If you plan to color, bleach or chemically process human hair, professional service and a strand test are recommended because processing results vary and can affect the condition and lifespan of the hair.

Orders and payment

Current payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders may be subject to payment, address and order verification before fulfillment. Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change before an order is completed.

Shipping

For eligible U.S. orders, Riverwood currently offers free Standard Shipping on orders of $79 or more, Standard Shipping at $7.99 for eligible orders below the free-shipping threshold, and Express Shipping at $24.99. Current delivery estimates are 3-7 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-3 business days for Express Shipping. Available methods for a specific order are shown at checkout. Carrier delays, weekends, holidays, address issues and order processing can affect delivery timing.

International shipping is available to many destinations. Rates and carriers are calculated at checkout. See Shipping & Payment for the current shipping information.

Local pickup

Eligible orders can select local pickup when the option is shown at checkout. Our store is located at 6135 Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Ste F, Norcross, GA 30071. Wait for the ready-for-pickup email before traveling; same-day pickup is not guaranteed.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible return or exchange requests must be made within 14 calendar days after delivery or local pickup. Merchandise must remain new, unused and unaltered. Items that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, bleached, chemically processed or otherwise used or altered are not eligible for return or exchange. Contact Riverwood before sending merchandise back because the approved return address may differ from the original shipping address.

Shipping address and carrier issues

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address entered at checkout. If tracking shows a carrier issue, contact us with your order number so we can review the available information and next steps.
