To be able to get the exchange the requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
But, any hair products that have been either used or altered (including dyed) will not be accepted. We are sensible, so the hair products in resalable condition will be accepted for return. Customer must first send the product back to us. Please keep the returning products in their original packages as a necessary health precaution. Products must be exchanged for other products or services of equal or less in value based on our current prices. Please note that our prices may fluctuate. All pricing rights are reserved.
At first, all exchanging products much be sent back to our facility in order for us to process your exchanges. It may take us up to 48 hours to process all return upon receipt of packages. Please note that all shipping related expenses are at customers’ own cost.
