Exchange/Return Policy

All sales are final. However, We can do exchange and store credit for our products.

RIVERWOOD Brand is pleased to accept exchanges within 7 days after signature.

When you receive the order, if there is any hair problem, such as hair quality, hair color or hair length is not right, please e-mail us at goldenriverhair@gmail.com with an explanation of the request along with picture proof so that we may be able to process your return request.

Here are some FAQ in regards to our exchange policy:

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes. We are happy to accept exchange within 7 days after signature, accept the quality problem, such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

2. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?

We will provide an exchange for your order within 7 days after signature,  as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

A: we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.


4. MAY I EXCHANGE THE HAIR WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, we need to confirm the delivery company and order value and shipping back tracking number from you.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

We will arrange the new order delivery after we have received, and confirmed that the returned hair products can be also used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. Please use the UPS shipping service, and do as we suggest. Usually orders take 3-7 business days to be delivered with standard shipping.
