What is the difference between Brazilian Hair, Indian Virgin Hair, Double Drawn Hair and Raw Hair?

Brazilian Hair (Value) is our budget-friendly everyday collection. Indian Virgin Hair (Premium) is positioned as a step up in softness and durability. Double Drawn Hair (Luxe) is selected for a fuller look through the ends. Raw Hair is Riverwood's highest-quality tier and is the least processed option in our range. Product specifications still vary by listing, so check the individual product page before ordering.

How long does Riverwood hair last?

As a general Riverwood care guideline, with proper care and maintenance, Brazilian Hair may last approximately 6-12 months, Indian Virgin Hair approximately 12-18 months, Double Drawn Hair approximately 12-18 months, and Raw Hair approximately 24+ months. These are typical care expectations, not guarantees. Actual lifespan varies with frequency of wear, installation method, heat, coloring, chemical processing, maintenance and home care.

Which hair do you recommend for bleaching to #613 blonde?

For customers planning aggressive lightening toward #613 blonde, Riverwood generally recommends Raw Hair because it is our highest-tier, least-processed option. Bleaching can still weaken human hair, and results vary by the individual bundle, starting color, developer, processing time and technique. We recommend professional coloring and a strand test before full processing; a specific #613 result is not guaranteed.

Which Riverwood collection should I choose?

Choose based on your budget, desired fullness, planned processing and expected wear. Start with Brazilian Hair (Value) for value-focused everyday installs, Indian Virgin Hair (Premium) for a premium option, or Double Drawn / Raw Hair (Luxe) when fuller ends, Raw Hair or more advanced styling is the priority. Do you sell human hair wigs?

Shipping, Pickup & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Eligible U.S. orders of $79 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The applicable shipping method and rate are shown at checkout.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Eligible U.S. orders can currently select Express Shipping (1-3 business days) for $24.99. Standard Shipping is currently 3-7 business days. Confirm the available option at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to many international destinations, including Canada. Available carriers, rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout for the destination and order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Eligible items may be requested for return or exchange within 14 calendar days after delivery or local pickup. The item must remain new, unused and unaltered. Items that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, bleached or otherwise used or altered are not eligible. Contact us before sending an item back. See our Return Policy and Exchange Policy.

When will my local pickup order be ready?

Pickup availability is shown at checkout. Eligible pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours, but same-day pickup is not guaranteed. Wait for your ready-for-pickup email before traveling.
